Age Verification: 42 vipph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending verification. Account Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, 42 vipph may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process is required by our regulatory obligations and is designed to protect all players.
Deposits: All deposits made to your 42 vipph Account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 42 vipph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical interruptions.
42 vipph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, 42 vipph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
Force Majeure: 42 vipph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other events of force majeure.
Closure by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Suspension or Termination by 42 vipph: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, 42 vipph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player.
42 vipph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

In the event of a dispute between you and 42 vipph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 42 vipph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
